Order/Customer Creation on Microsoft GP from Magento

When a customer places order in Magento; MExGP connect will check  “Is,  the order is from new customer or an existing customer”. If the order is from new customer; MExGP connect will create a customer in Microsoft Great Plains and later create the Order in MS Great Plains. When an existing customer creates an order, MExGP Connect will track for the unique customer ID in MS GP and will return the information to Magento through MExGP Connect.

Order/Status Updates on Microsoft GP and Magento

A Cron/Job will be running daily to update any status updates from Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to Magento and Magento to Microsoft Great Plains. If shipping is updated in Microsoft Great Plains then that information will be updated in Magento .Similarly, if the Order Status is updated in Great Plains the same is updated in Magento. This Plug-in can sync the orders from Magento to GP and Order Status will be updated between Magento and Microsoft GP.

Inventory Updates on Microsoft GP and Magento

A cron/ Job will run between MySQL in Magento and MSSQL in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. The inventory information (Quantity and prices) is updated on the Magento from Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains by extension MExGP Connect. When Quantity and prices are updated in Great Plains, extension will check the updated products in Great Plains. It will fetch information at regular intervals and update these Quantity and prices details to Magento.
